Businiess name:  Casey's Towing

Review content:
This place is run very unprofessionally. My car was towed after I was hit by someone on Harrison St. The other person's insurance company asked that Casey's Towing send an invoice so that they could pay the bill (on a Thursday). Casey's somehow did not manage to send the fax right before the long weekend...SURPRISE SURPRISE! Now we are being charged for the storage over the long President's Day weekend. When I called, the ""manager"" came on the phone (after I spoke to a very unhelpful woman) and refused to admit their wrong doing, saying instead that they were not responsible for their faulty fax machine. Lot's of double speak and circular logic to justify them purposefully trying to suck extra money out of a stranger. THEN, they leave the keys in the car, battery died and they charged us $50 for a jump start. I have been towed before and am never really happy about it, but if you have a choice for which towing company to call: DO NOT CALL CASEY'S TOWING--- unless you absolutely hate the person you are having towed.
