Casey's Towing

This place is run very unprofessionally. My car was towed after I was hit by someone on Harrison St. The other person's insurance company asked that Casey's Towing send an invoice so that they could pay the bill (on a Thursday). Casey's somehow did not manage to send the fax right before the long weekend...SURPRISE SURPRISE! Now we are being charged for the storage over the long President's Day weekend. When I called, the ""manager"" came on the phone (after I spoke to a very unhelpful woman) and refused to admit their wrong doing, saying instead that they were not responsible for their faulty fax machine. Lot's of double speak and circular logic to justify them purposefully trying to suck extra money out of a stranger. THEN, they leave the keys in the car, battery died and they charged us $50 for a jump start. I have been towed before and am never really happy about it, but if you have a choice for which towing company to call: DO NOT CALL CASEY'S TOWING--- unless you absolutely hate the person you are having towed. more

These people give similar businesses a bad name! I know there are some good and decent professionals in the towing industry but this isn't one of them! They towed my vehicle which is only 7 days old and scratched it up! The staff is rude, disrespectful and calling them unprofessional is an understatement. They obviously have some scam going on there where they damage people's vehicles and don't take responsibility. They staff's black hands were all over my leather seats and you can tell they are pathetic liars. Call the City of Boston, Channel 5 and the Mayor's office to complain and have them cancel ALL their contracts. These people have no customer service skills and they ruin people's cars. more

They tow for streetcleaning and I see them often. Then my car got towed- the Prius electric system was affected by incorrect towing. Also, it was $112. for maybe 1 mile. Over 3 times the cost of AAA or another tower. Only 1 of all the staff there has ever been pleasant. And they routinely idle beyond the 5-minute legal limit for City of Boston. :P Cons: damaged car, high $$$ more

My husband and I parked our car temporarily behind our building. We came downstairs and they were getting ready to tow the car. The car was not even lifted off the ground yet and the driver was refusing to back off. We told him we were going to move the car and he refused to remove the hook from the back of the car. He demanded payment in full or he would not release the car. He then proceeded on getting in my husbands face, threatening him and started using profanity and told him he was going to kick his ___. Are these the types of people you have working for you Kevin Walsh?? If so, you are a pathetic businessman....not smart in this economy!! We had to call 911, the police of course sided with us and asked us to just move the car which we were planning on doing in the first place. SCAM! I pulled into a gas station which shared a lot with mcdonalds and parked on the side of the gas station store. I went into a local pizza shop which is located next to the gas station.I ordered french fries and walked out with them to find my car was towed. I was only in the shop for 5-10 minutes and there was no sign to be found that stated you can not tow here. I walked to the tow company which was 5 mins away and spoke to the dispatch and she could do nothing. I spoke to the driver which was rude of the tow truck and he insisted there was a sign on the tree. I walked back just to make sure only to find no sign. I took pictures and spoke to an officer that was there and asked if he could locate a sign he couldn't and drove me to tow. Upon arriving the tow driver yells out that I threaten his dispatch which was a huge lie. I walked to the girl and asked if I threathen her in any away she was confused and said he was crazy. This company was not given proper authorization to tow from the mcdonalds first of all which is ""patrol towing"" ILLEGAL. I will dispute the issue. Cons: illegal more
