Amazing service! I had my car towed to John's Automotive one evening and was able to leave it there until they opened in the morning. It's super close to San Diego State, making the transportation really easy for me. They were already done fixing my car before the workday was over. Within a few minutes of opening they had already figured out the problem with the car and were able to do all the necessary procedures to fix it quickly. I was super impressed with their service, especially because they periodically called me throughout the day to update me on the cost and progress. All of the interactions were done over the phone and they were extremely efficient about it including allowing my boyfriend to pay over the phone while he was out of state. It wasn't even my car but I completely trust them to work on any car I may need help with later. My first time using them and definitely not my last!
