I am very surprised at the negative feedback. We have been boarding our dog whenever we travel since September 2000. The staff love him and treat him very well and he seems to have a good time. He is a jumper, able to jump a 4 1/2 foot fence without a running start. He is a Bichon Frise/Cocker Spaniel mix and is a trained therapy dog and visits nursing home with my wife as part of a volunteer group. He still is a little hesitant when being dropped off and some times he needs to be coaxed but that is because he knows we are going away.
