Review content:
The service at Cottman Transmission was great; everyone took very good care of me. I had to go back about 5 times, which is why I gave a 1 for total experience. Each time I had to leave my car there, so I would be without my car for a period of time.
Everybody did the best they could, but I just had to go back so many times that it wasn't fun. The last time they finally fixed it right. It wasn't very fun, but they took good care of me and made it right. The guys there were very good, and the mechanics and everybody else were really friendly.
For that particular shop I would say, and especially about Mike the manager, they have good customer service. Mike really went the extra mile to make sure everything was fine. When I had to go back I expected additional charges or expected them to try to get out of it, but they never did. I am totally satisfied and happy with them. They are a great team, and I would go back if I needed to.
