Dan at innerPC was amazing. When I called out of the blue, he immediately got back to me, then met with me the same day. He instantly and correctly diagnosed my problems, and recommended fixes that not only solved the problems but also saw others and fixed them. He kept in touch with me daily and was on time to meetings. He is a delightful person, trustworthy and kind. I would unreservedly use him for every other computer issue I had.
