Review content:
I came from a truly full service Erie agency who I would have happily been with forever if not for my teenage daughter and her ""learning experiences."" So imagine my shock when I had my 1st claim (a hit-and-run while my car was parked) with this agency. They did absolutely nothing for me except to steer me to the worst body shop I've ever come across. All my other dealings were with the poor saps at the 800 customer care number who promised to pass along my displeasure to Mr. Coyle. Of course, the only time I EVER heard from this agency was after I cancelled my policies. I've since heard from several former Allstate agents that he tells his staff that they are to keep all calls from policyholders to three minutes or under. I make it a point to pass this along to anyone I know. There are agents who earn their commissions out there -- but Jamie Coyle is most certainly not one of them! Pros: Nice commercials for the Allstate brand Cons: Terrible service
