DECAPITATED DOG AND GAVE HEAD TO OWNER IN A BOX Neighbor's terminally ill dog snapped at owner. Owner called for euthanasia appt - had to wait 3 days. Then, immobile dog waited 45 minutes outside in 95 degrees for staff to come out and help get him into the clinic. After euthanasia, crying owners are at the desk paying their bill - vet drops a box on the counter, says ""I had to cut off his head since he bit you - here it is, take this down to the health department on Gray Street"". I would not send any living creature here for any kind of treatment, and in any other kind of business, these folks would be OUT of business due to abysmal customer service, no empathy, and just plain nasty behavior.
