I am a general contractor and I have been using Floor Dimensions since 1989. A friend of mine who was a contractor and the owner of Floor Dimensions, Ron White, and I all played softball together so it was a logical step to use eachother for work. I have been using them for about 23 years-I buy their products, vinyl, and have them install carpeting.
I have stuck with them for the care they put in their work and give to their customers. Floor Dimensions shared the costs in problems beyond the extent that was necessary-they value me and my customer beyond what can be expected. They treat me well as a customer and they go all out to make things work well. From the owner on down to the workers, everyone does a really good job.
