Be VERY cautious using this establishment. They do NOT offer any adjustments (or reasonable options) with billing. They are absolutely UNhelpful and indifferent to personal finances. You are a number here. We have a medically complex child (who was diagnosed with cancer) & have dealt with other area hospitals because of this, so we do have the ability to fairly compare institutions. Usually a family such as ours will be handled somewhat delicately and sympathetically, but certainly NOT by Danbury Hospital's Financial Office. Shame on you all.
