Well what can I say about Bikram Yoga that hasn't already been said. I was a big skeptic when it came to yoga, but from the first day I walked in to the Bikram Yoga Studio on Fountainview all the staff there made all my doubts go away. All the instructors are so knowledgable, they don't just teach yoga they live it which really made me a believer. Marvin the front desk guy is one of the nicest guys you will ever talk to. Before you even set foot inside the classroom, he goes into detail what to expect, which made my experience there much more enjoyable. Give these guys a try, I promise you, you won't be sorry.
