I thought I was too old - I wasn't. I thought I was too stiff - I wasn't. I thought I would feel out of place - I didn't! I am so happy that I got up the courage to come try this. My only regret is that I put it off for so long. From my first visit forward, everyone made me feel right at home even though I was scared to death. Much to my surprise I was not the oldest person in the room, not by a long shot. Even though I couldn't do even half the things that everybody else was doing it really didn't matter. The teacher was completely encouraging and supportive - she said not to worry about ""performing"", just try my best, so that's what I did. After class I was so proud of myself and I felt amazing. I was excited to come back and try my best again. That first class was nearly five years ago and I've been a regular ever since. I can honestly tell you that I feel younger, stronger, more flexible and that I'm healthier at 65 than I was at 30. My best advice is don't put this off, come and take class as soon as you possibly can. Pros: Staff, Teachers, Results Cons: There are no cons
