Of the many different types of yoga I've taken, I LOVE Bikram Yoga the most! The staff is really friendly and they provided everything I needed for my first class. The front desk person, Marvin, is super nice, because I was weary about ""Hot"" yoga the first time. He throughly explained everything from how I should take care of myself before and after class in great detail. All of the instructors are phenomenal, they learned my name the first class and make an effort to help you along so that your practice gets better. My first class was with Joani, and she made me feel comfortable throughout the entire class; everyone claps for you after you get through your first class! Everything is very personal and everyone is just so darn nice. It's a nice change of pace from a stuffy gym. I look forward to going to classes every week, I go about 3 times a week. It fits into my schedule because they have evening classes. I've been going since February and I wouldn't ever go anywhere else because I love how I feel after every class. =) Pros: Very friendly staff and super clean facilities. Cons: Parking, get to class ahead of time!
