Review content:
Do not be fooled by the decent price, amenities, and that the place ""looks nice."" It is all a veneer for incompetent staff, poor management, and deception. Sure, you sign a lease thinking you've struck a deal. The deposit is super cheap and the space is nice. WARNING: things will start to break, the ""secure"" parking garage doors will never work properly, they come into your apartment for random inspections without telling you, leaving notices on the door after the fact. Plus, the location is not ideal. And here is the best part, just when you think you are finally done with the place, when your lease is up, they slap a massive amount of charges on you that exceed your security deposit by hundreds of dollars. They expect you to leave your place in ""perfect condition"" which is impossible because you have lived there. They charged us $1,000 to replace the carpets even after we paid money to have them professionally cleaned because they were deemed ""not up to standard."" No where, ever, was this standard mentioned. Therefore, my main point is, spend a little more money to live in a better place. If not, believe me, you will end up paying for it later.
