Jay is amazing! I knew absolutely nothing about engagement rings when I entered his office. He was patient and really took the time to teach me the basics. Given that I was trying to design the engagement ring for my fiance, he was good in not forcing any ideas on me. That being said, his expertise was extremely helpful in making sure that my desired design was reached. The ring came out perfect! It is beautiful! He worked within my price range the whole time. My fiance gets complemented all the time for how beautiful the ring is.
