I have used just about plumber in the Somerset area. Needed a new toilet- went to City search and read some very recent and positive reviews about Roto-Rooter in Somerset, NJ. So I gave them a call - I was very impressed with the peron who took the call- so polite, friendly and courteous.
She said someone would there within 2 hours. To my shock, they were.
Long story short- I was prepared to buy a new toilet ( based on similiar experiences with other plumbers).
My technician, Donald, was awesome. He assured me my toilet did not need to be replace, despite the fact that it is 30 years old. All it needed was a a new valve and filter. The whole experience took less than 15 minutes and my bowl was working like new.
I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter. What a refreshing experience to deal with an honest establishment and not feel taking advantage of.
