I have been enjoying Margaux's the entire 19 years their doors have been open............To consistently do what Margaux's does (more on that below), for so long, and in such a questionable and volatile economy, says so much about this establishment, it's staying power and ability to adapt to ever-changing demands and preferences. When nothing less than perfection seems to be the expected outcome of every dining experience, Margaux's does just that and simply continues to the raise the bar...
