Businiess name:  Black's BBQ

Review content:
They don't have prime rib (point: Kreuz), but the brisket here was the juiciest I've ever had. This place has sides and sauce, which is one thing that this place has over Kreuz. Kreuz does not have said condiments which in my opinion are critical to thorough barbecue enjoyment. Also the sausage, ribs and turkey were all well-smoked and delicious. I waited for over a half hour in a line that stretched out the door and up the sidewalk before getting my sides and then ordering my meat, and feel it was worth it. I, too, came on a Sunday (and an empty stomach), but do not regret my visit. Wet barbecue isn't just for Yankees after all, and the basic mustard-based sauce at Black's is a fine complement to the smoky, succulent meats. Great barbecue here. One tip: watch out for $3 beers. Pros: Smoke on the walls, delicious and juicy brisket Cons: Do you seriously care about ambience at a barbecue joint?
