First, they showed me cars outside of my stated price-range. Then I had to haggle for half an hour to get the car I wanted down to the blue-book value. I purchased it pending my mechanic?s approval. When it turned out to have a bad transmission, they did take it back without too much hassle, but they weren?t nice about it. All-in-all they wasted about six hours of my time and fifty dollars paid to the mechanic.
