I pulled in for directions and had my head bitten OFF! I knew I was not at the right drop off place and acknowledged this fact.The trolls at the front desk shouted at me "they don't work for Budget and we are not going to give you directions" I was more than shocked ,literally my mouth dropped open and I could not believe I was being yelled at for asking directions! Seriously? The workers continued to defend their baseless position with ignorant shouting!Since both of the workers were carrying on, I said"I just wanted directions" and walked out the door. I have never been attacked verbally like that -EVER! Don't use these this address they are crazy and rude!!!!! I had to give them a rating to post this but these people should be committed-they went nuts on an innocent person looking for directions!
