I've worked with several traditional counselors over many years for what was medically diagnosed as "chronic, clinical depression" (in addition to taking anti-depressant meds for almost 20 years). I was guided to see Keith who has helped me to heal tremendously. Although it was neither an expectation nor a goal, I have been able to stop taking anti-depressants and am living (and functioning) happily using the information and tools that Keith has given me. Even though insurance won't help pay for the appointments, it has been well worth every penny spent and the commute.
