I called Stephens Plumbing and Heating in Downers Grove, IL upon the recommendation of a property management company. I own a company doing rehabs, so when help is needed, recommendations and positive word of mouth means a lot to me. Especially in this situation because work needing to be done on this property was not in my local area. The gentleman showed up on time, was very courteous, and asked exactly what needed to be done. I needed a new valve for a dishwasher hookup, had two valves replaced, with connections under the kitchen sink made, and connections under the bathroom sink checked. Total time of labor was 1 1/2 hours.
Pros: Good work. On time. Asked exactly what needed to be done.
Cons: Outrageous pricing. This company is not recommended.
