Review content:
I have used several plumbing companies. Some are out and out ripoffs. This one is always prompt, efficient, clean, courteous, and knowledgable. Their vans are well stocked and typically have what is needed for the job. The hourly rate is high but they dont cheat as the timing is determined by the GPS installed on the truck. Yes, the rate is $90 for first 15 min and $124/hour theirafter (ouch) but after calling around this seems to be industry standard for large companies with receptionist and all. I have used them about 10 times for heating and plumbing, and have had no significant issues.
Pros: Usually have knowledgable person on short order
Cons: expensive
