My mom and dad used them to replace their gutters a few years ago. They designed one of the upstairs gutters to dump part of the water load directly on a lower roof (not too unusual but should be avoided and usually can be with some thought) but it was right above the fireplace area which is always going to be at risk for leaks anyway. Sure enough a few years later water is leaking around the fireplace and the shingles are decaying there from the extra water. My mom recently had one of their guys come out to find out what would be the best solution and he was rude to her (now a 75 year old widow). He claimed it was done correctly and that she just wanted free repair service. His tone and style were terrible . If I had the time I would look him up and tell him directly.
