Customer service is unacceptable. They are rarely able to remove any type of stain. And you're lucky to actually get your clothes back. This was a reliable, quality dry cleaner for years, but recently has taken a turn for the worse. They lost several very valuable items of clothing of mine. This same week they "lost" items for several of my friends as well. They would promise to contact me regarding lost items, yet never did. It required me calling or going into the store. I would not trust this dry cleaner with anything. They have a problem with "mis-placing" items and then offering to reimburse you for half the original value. Avoid at all costs. There are plenty of dry cleaners in Raleigh; no need to gamble with this one.
