Customer service is unacceptable. They are rarely able to remove any type of stain. And you're lucky to actually get your clothes back. This was a reliable, quality dry cleaner for years, but recently has taken a turn for the worse. They lost several very valuable items of clothing of mine. This same week they "lost" items for several of my friends as well. They would promise to contact me regarding lost items, yet never did. It required me calling or going into the store. I would not trust this dry cleaner with anything. They have a problem with "mis-placing" items and then offering to reimburse you for half the original value. Avoid at all costs. Excellent services.... if you have jackets/coats needing drycleaning.... give it to them - they will do a good job. I felt they were prices a little high but they do a good job more

I kept going to this laundromat, over and over, every week. It would be awful, and I would keep going back, throwing my quarters into the maw of the beast. The staff was consistently rude and unhelpful, and frequently refused to break $20s, even though their change machine does not accept $20s. Once I heard a staff person behind the desk making rude comments about how I should just "get myself a bank" even though banks are not open on Sundays. The floor and machines in the laundromat are filthy and frequently covered with dust bunnies, stains, caked detergent, and dog hair. Many machines are usually broken. I found another laundromat, and I'm never going back. Pros: cheap Cons: dirty facilities, rude staff more
