I just got married two weeks ago and I bought my bridal dress and all my bridesmaids from Alexandra?s. I felt I just needed to write and tell everyone about this great bridal shop. My first experience to the store was so amazing. We had an appointment on Saturday which sometimes is hectic at bridal shops, but I was made to feel like I was the only person in the entire store. Carol, my sales consultant was so knowledgeable about the bridal dresses they had in stock. I sat and described to her what I wanted and the price ranges and she showed me 8 dresses and the first one was the one that I feel in love with, but she insisted that we try on all the dresses so that I would have the bridal experience and I would make sure this was the ONE. We were served champagne and cheese and crackers and I was to made feel so special. We also bought bridesmaids dresses there. My dress fit to perfection thanks to Fatima who fit me. Most of the bridesmaids were from out of town and they fit and altered two bridesmaids dresses on Friday the day before the wedding and they were ready at 4:00pm and they fit perfect. The bridesmaids alterations were FREE! They were so accommodating in every sense. I would highly recommend this store any any bride looking for a great experience with a bunch of professional people. Don?t believe these other horrible reviews. THEY ARE NOT TRUE. These are bridezillas.
