Where to do I begin. I have never hired a moving company before so I thought I would go online and get a quote. Well never did I imagine what would happen then. I got bombarded with so many companies calling me over and over and emailing me. Element found me. My sales rep was so nice and calming. I heard so many sales people on the phone and it was just instant calming. She took the time and went through every detail with me and explained to me what to expect and all the costs that I could occur with my move. Long story short I scheduled my move and just had the best crew come out to my home. They were so curteous and worked hard and talked me through the whole process. They gave me some tips of how to pack a certain item so that I wouldnt be charged extra because cost was a huge factor for me. They wrapped all my furnture. Even took extra care of my antique desk. I was very worried about When they unloaded my furniture every piece was in tact and accounted for. The only thing was I had a mirror break but I'm guessing that's to be expected. I immediately called my sales rep and she sent me a claims form and my claim got started. I have full faith in Element Moving & Storage. They were everything I hoped my moving experience would be. I've heard so many horror stories. If you are considering moving please call Element. I've already recommended them to some of my friends and coworkers. I know they will do a great job!
