Watch out for their "sales" tactics. I had a very bad experience with them. I agreed to have them install a system in my home and originally was told the cost would NOT have to be paid up front. As we confirmed the appointment, they said they had made a mistake and I needed to pay $99.00 up front. I agreed and confirmed the appointment. About an hour later they called me and said they had made another mistake, the equipement I was getting was going to cost almost double what they had originally told me. I told them to cancel the appointment. They then came down a little on the new price but I again told them they had quoted me a price, I agreed to that price and would not pay even $1 more than we had ALREADY AGREED. They said they would have to cancel my install.
