I recently purchased carpet with them and they are not that honest!!! First, on my estimate order they quoted more than the amount of yardage, which I can understand that they do that as they are not sure yet, but what I did not know is that they added 50.00 onto the bill for not having enough sq footage, I can only guess that this number might change if you aren?t aware of this happening, and the only way I caught it was that I did the math when I got home and called them on it. The guy told me they add it on when there is minimum amount, if it turned out that we bought more the charge would be taken off. How dishonest is that!! Not telling you about the charge and just adding it on! Then, when I asked about the upgraded pad, they said that they only had one type and by law that was the depth that it could be now! That was news to me!!! So, I had it installed and the workmen weren?t all that careful and chipped my tiles that the carpet was being inset in. When the work was done, the owner called and was very rude about the about payment the next day even though we said we would be in to pay at the weekend. No one told me that we had to pay the contractors that day. I will never go here again, nor do I recommend that anyone else does!!!!!!!!
