This rating service requires us to give at least one star to publish the review, but our opinion is that Paramount doesn't deserve even this small sign of achievement. Paramount's 10 person limo showed up 15 min late to pick up location at park, and proceeded to take 3 wrong turns in a span of 6 miles to get to our hotel for the first portion of their job. Driver took no responsibility for the wrong turns since her "GPS took her that way"... obviously didn't research the job before arriving! Limo had graffiti scratched into the window tint and screws sticking out of the interior. Interior looked like a 40 year old car with worn out seats and heavily damaged wood. We were very embarrassed to have our wedding party and family in this piece. From hotel, the limo took the groom and groomsmen 10 minutes out of the way to get to our venue then blew a radiator hose and overheated a mile from the venue. Groom and men had to find rides from guests on their way to event. Paramount made no effort to replace the limo even knowing full well that the next portion of the job involved transporting the bride and maids to the venue. Bride and 8 maids had to arrange for another limo company for transportation to venue, which caused an hour delay to wedding ceremony, and additional charge for short notice service. Hours later, Paramount sent an 8 person replacement car from City Lights Limo, which we had to pay directly, and before performing service. When groom contacted management at Paramount to resolve the issue, they stated that they were still going to charge $90 for "the service (disservice) they provided". After 4 phone calls and much arguing, Paramount offered to charge $63 instead of $90, which is sill a ripoff considering the fact that the hour delay they caused was worth $2,200 in relation to the total cost of the event, and on top of that we ended up paying $150 out of pocket more for the three limos it took to do the job of their original contract. We disputed the $63 and got that amount back but will never use Paramount or City Lights again. Extremely unprofessional, inconsiderate and rude. Our coordinator was even chastised by Paramount's manager and was hung up on when she contacted them to try to help diffuse the situation. These people caused tremendous difficulties and delay to our wedding, were completely unresponsive in resolving their issue, and then completely unwilling to work with us and salvage the relationship when contacted to work out the problem. Worst experience with a limo company ever. Not to be trusted.
