It makes me sick to see how highly recommended this salon is. I had a haircut and highlights done there a year ago and I still feel the urge to inform the public of the horrendous job they did. The stylist said she was going to use a new french technique called "baliage" or something to that extent, but it basically just looked like she was leaving an extra inch of root before starting the highlights. On top of that she was attempting to show her staff this new technique and without my permission proceeded to calling 7 girls to gather around me to watch. This is not a beauty school and I am not a guinea pig so don't treat me like one! My haircut came out awful as well and was not even. The cost was ridiculous and they pressure you to purchase their products on the threat that your color will turn brassy if you didn't use the product they were pushing.
