Len came recommended to me by a co-worker, then I find out, two of my other co-worker's in a different department go to him as well?! Small world! Anyway, made an appointment with his call service, they were polite, efficient, and I received an email confirmation about my appointment as soon as I finished with them on the phone! (I found out later from Len that you can schedule an appointment directly through his web-site! Pretty cool and good to know!) I went in, Len greeted me, we consulted (he's a really good listener) he gave me exactly what I wanted, suggested ways I could make my haircut look like I just stepped out of the salon, gave me product recommendations, Len's a true professional and the best at what he does! The only down side he's only here in S.F. two days Thursdays and Fridays, and some Saturdays! :-( the rest of the time he's up in the Wine Country (Sonoma) Anyway, Thanks Len I love my hair! You're simply the best! I will be back (with I'm sure plenty of other co-worker's! LOL!)
