If only every service provider would be like Len! I made my first appointment with him last week. I was SO impressed by his attitude -- which is one of actual interest in what his clients want and what they have to say about their hair. So many stylists I've been to are like "Let me (the artist) work. It doesn't matter if you like it." Best of all, Len took a great deal of time to explain to me EXACTLY what I would have to do to re-create the salon look at home on my own. I really can't say enough good things about how courteous, interested and professional he was. I simply LIKE him better than any other hairstylist I have ever been to - - and that's saying a lot, because I have been to what is considered the "best" in the City, which I really think just means the most expensive - - NOT necessarily the best hair cut and/or treatment from the stylist and staff. To me, Len's talent, coupled with his personality, make him a cut above (yes, pun intended) the rest.
Pros: Len is so professional and polite.
