I can honestly say it was the best $75 I've ever spent. My 1500 sq. ft. house was move-in-clean by the time their 3-person crew was done. The booker was friendly and told me where to find coupons for the service, she didn't try to immediately sell me into a scheduled service contract, and she answered all of my questions. They even call before-hand to remind you.
Pros: easy scheduling, phone quotes, good value, coupons always available
Cons: employees don't wear uniforms/branded shirts
