Review content:
We needed a plumber in a hurry! We had a death in the family and therefore many visitors. The house from the late 1970s with cast iron plumbing could not keep up with all the visitors. A latrine was backing up and water was coming up in the shower. Dennis Schwartzentruber showed up on a Sunday morning to help out. Dennis correctly diagnosed the problem with some high tech equipment and gave us several options and a quote. Dennis honored a homeowner's warranty which was helpful. I've never seen work done through a vent on the roof but whatever Dennis did worked. Dennis gave us a thorough briefing on what happened, how he fixed it how long it will probably last (due to the older cast iron plumbing) and approximately costs for a more complete fix. Dennis left us with a couple of dry chemicals to help keep things moving (a tree root killer and something that promotes microbial action for better breakdown). Having a pleasant and hard working plumber like Dennis show up within an hour of being called on a Sunday morning was worth the price. Thank you!
