After reading the reviews regarding the customer service issues with Circe, specifically the interactions with the salon owner and management, I am not surprised. In full disclosure, I have not had any service performed at the salon, however, I have had MANY, MANY interactions with the management staff and owners in other areas and have experienced the same poor treatment mentioned in other reviews posted here. \r

I have experienced one member of the management staff in particular to be EXTREMELY rude and obnoxious, even to the point of being "bitchy". It appears as if she is trying to prove to the owners how tough she can be. But after dealing with the owners as well, they all exhibit the same type of condescending, dismissive attitude and general rudeness. \r

Something to think about BEFORE you spend A LOT of money, are not satisfied and try to get the situation rectified.
