On this occassion/visit, I was not at all Surprised by the Quality of Technical work performed however, I am somewhat disapointed with two aspects with todays visit. 1) Tech seems to have dropped/scratched one of the pannels to the inside unit thus it sustained cosmetic damage. 2) I have a gate that the tech first used to gain access to the rear of the house to gain access to the outside unit however - and for whatever the reason, he opted to use the opposite side ( short cut ) where their is no gate - just a deteriated wood pannel that in essence, is falling appart. When leaving, the tech left the pannel on the ground. He could have at least leaned it back up to its original possition. Solely in this respect, I am somewhat disapointed.
