Review content:
My daughter loves the teen martial arts classes that Progressive Martial Arts offer in New York. The classes are age specific and the kids learn a variety of self-defense skills including Jeet Kune Do, Muay Thai kickboxing and grappling. Not only does my daughter have a greater belief and pride in herself since starting the classes but she is doing better academically and her attitude is so much more positive. The changes I've seen in my daughter are amazing. She is achieving so much from these classes and I'm very proud of the young woman she is becoming.
