The Optima brought me in, but the customer service is what kept me here and will bring me back. Jeremy in sales worked patiently with us all day answering our questions and happily hopping into multiple vehicles we wanted to see and drive. This low-key yet attentive service made us feel at ease. Dennis Chipman, the new car sales manager, came to greet us and simply said, "We are going to make this work", and he delivered on that. Gary in financing was thorough but efficent through out the necessary "paper trail" of purchase. From beginning to end our experience was fantastic.
