Very good experience. All of the sales people were nice and friendly. Mr. Qguyen (Wynn) was polite, honest and did not push. This will be our 3rd car to buy from Patterson. I will definitely recommend it to others. more

The Optima brought me in, but the 5/31/2012

The Optima brought me in, but the customer service is what kept me here and will bring me back. Jeremy in sales worked patiently with us all day answering our questions and happily hopping into multiple vehicles we wanted to see and drive. This low-key yet attentive service made us feel at ease. Dennis Chipman, the new car sales manager, came to greet us and simply said, "We are going to make this work", and he delivered on that. Gary in financing was thorough but efficent through out the necessary "paper trail" of purchase. From beginning to end our experience was fantastic. more

Chris W. made us feel very relaxed and comfortable. His schedule was flexible and accomidated our busy schedule. My husband started the process and I came later to finish the paperwork. Staff were all friendly and informed about vehicles. This is our first Kia to purchase, very pleased. more
