They pressure you to pay full with your CareCredit card to suck you in with a receipt that they don't advice you they have a no refund policy. Customer service is horrible. Staff are very uncaring. It's like they are there to get a quota every month so all they try to do is sell you more and more. They don't return phone calls. I reported them to the BBB only to find out that they buy their equipment from vendors so that's why they don't do refunds. I received my refund because I disputed it with CareCredit in the amount of $4,000! I have really regret coming here. Go to an actual doctor please, not techs. They don't have doctors, they are just assistants working on you! Please, you have been warned, do not go there.
