Any good reviews are posted by employees because the doctor who owns the clinic makes them do this. I saw a review on one website that is the manager at the parks location saying how great this place is, her picture was even posted! I have one treatment left here and I can not wait until I'm done with this place. Worst customer service I have experienced in my life. They are only out to make money, they do not spend that money on newer machines since my treatments have been rescheduled several times due to the machine not working or esthetician calling out? I can not believe how unprofessional they are here. The reason there are no refunds is due to the treatments not working. The consultants make you fake promises to get your money. I heard from an angry ex patient that they abruptly closed one of their clinics and didn't even tell the patients. They just told her she'd have to drive an hour to one if the other locations to finish her treatments, they did not even offer a refund!!! I can't believe they are still in business, this place is a joke. Please don't waste your money. Also if you do have a complaint no one cares because all they do is take a message but no one ever calls you back. Worst customer service!!! more

They pressure you to pay full with your CareCredit card to suck you in with a receipt that they don't advice you they have a no refund policy. Customer service is horrible. Staff are very uncaring. It's like they are there to get a quota every month so all they try to do is sell you more and more. They don't return phone calls. I reported them to the BBB only to find out that they buy their equipment from vendors so that's why they don't do refunds. I received my refund because I disputed it with CareCredit in the amount of $4,000! I have really regret coming here. Go to an actual doctor please, not techs. They don't have doctors, they are just assistants working on you! Please, you have been warned, do not go there. more
