Review content:
I have been their customer for around 3 years and recently I found out I was ripped of by them on their propane charge in November. They refill my tank automatically and send me a bill. Usualyy the average price was around $150-&350 but last delivery I paid the bill of $558 but smelled something was wrong. When I called them they said they charged me $7.09 per galon when my neighbour at the same month delivery received from them a rate of less than $3.00. They offered me a new rate of $3.90 but refused to give me a credit for the last bill. I asked the person who I talked to: So you can charge anything you want? and she said "Yes"
I guess they dont want to milk the cow anymore and decided to have a barbecue. But we know how long that will last. Lost another customer.
