I have been going to Robert Andrews to get my hair highlighted for a few years. Every time I go there for a highlight, it seems to take a lot of time. I'm not sure if it's the way appointments are scheduled or the provider. I am typically there for 2 1/2 - 3 hrs just to get my hair highlighted. I typically have anywhere from a 40-55 minute wait once the color is put in my hair, and a 15-20 minute wait when the glaze is put in my hair. I watch others come and go as I am sitting there waiting. It is very frustrating and very uncomfortable waiting at the shampoo bowl for 20 minutes. I am to the point of looking at another salon to get my hair highlighted.
