ggThe floor drain was clogged in my basement utility room, I called a few places and no one wanted to give me quote over the phone, I called Pro Power Rooter and a technician was at my house within an hour for my emergency. He was fast and friendly. He checked out the problem I had, then clearly outlined the options for me. He asked me for permission before using things in my house. All in all, he fixed the issue in under 1 hour. He explained the problem he fixed it and left his card for any further issues. He even helped me with another problem I was having by giving me some good advice on the problem. I think Pro power rooter plumbing company is one of the best. He even cleaned up after himself really good, I could not ask for a job that made my bad day much better!!!
