A friend referred me to Cathey Welch (owner of Body & Soul) Massage Therapy over 10 years ago and I'm still going to her for massages. She is very professional and knowledgeble about all kinds of massage types. My body starts to relax as soon as I lay down on her warm massage table (in the winter!) and the soft soothing music washes over me. It is a luxury that I've come to find is a necessity for me. Body & Soul offers packages of multiple massages at discount prices. I highly recommend Cathey Welch at Body & Soul.
