I ordered a dozen roses that cost me $120. I ordered it on a friday for delivery on Valentines tuesday the 14th. I specifically told them it was being delivered to my girlfriend at work and that it had to be there before she leaves. They totally ruined my first Valentines Day with the girl I plan on marrying. I was highly upset, I had to ruin the surprise by asking my girlfriend if she received my flowers. We work in the same building and watching all the other woman get their packages and here comes 5 o'clock and my girlfriend still had not received hers. That was totally unacceptable. Never again will I purchase anything from House of Flowers, neither will I suggest the place to anyone I know in and around the linden area.
