I’ve heard so many horror stories about bed bugs and the complexity and ordeal one has to go through to get rid of them. So when I discovered that I had bed bug bites I was more than distressed. I researched a bunch of NY exterminators who said they were bed bug exterminating experts. I called a bunch of them and eventually picked Knockout Pest. They seemed to know what they were talking about on the phone. They were cheaper than most. They promised they were faster than other treatment methods. They promised to be thorough and not damage my stuff. They were also very honest not making any promises saying that they might have to come back for another treatment. They brought a dog to find the bed bug hiding places. The bugs weren’t just in my bedroom. I was shocked when the dog detected bed bugs in my living room and they showed me tiny bed bugs in my sofa. It took two treatments about a week apart. They used a bunch of stuff including a special vacuum and some freezing spray thing. It has now been 4 months since they last came and I have no bites and no sign of bed beds anywhere. I promised them I would write a review if I was happy with their service and results. I was expecting to write a bad review but honestly I can’t be happier. I totally recommend them. They made a horrible experience into a relatively tolerable and well managed one.
