Great greeting, great service, never pushing for more and in this case $60 cheaper than Firestone on brake pad replacement! On to why I removed 1/2 star: They use the nearby Discount Tire to handle free tire repair (nail). They remove the wheel and bring it to Discount Tire. Not a bad idea except Unfortunately that Discount Tire is rather dishonest and completely unorganized. Basically they tried to sell me a $100 replacement tire because the "stem was leaking" and could not be repaired. In a moment of haste I told them to replace it but call back 5mn after to cancel (I had remember I had road insurance). I talked to somebody else than the original sale rep I talked originally and obviously the message was not transmitted or worse So not only did they not ask me if I had insurance from the original seller in the first place, they went ahead anyway and replaced the tire, calling Concourse to pick it up! Concourse had to remove the wheel again and bring it back to Discount Tire. To their credit, Discount Tire did not oppose to put back the old tire but that might be on purpose. Firestone, where I bought the tire and brought it afterwards, did not find anything wrong with the tire! So Beware! But again that bad experience did not change my utmost confidence in the premium quality of Concourse service. Go there your eyes closed.
